I’m Katya (she/her), a Dynamic Mindfulness, pre- and postnatal Yoga Teacher and a Full Spectrum Doula. I practice and teach contemporary yoga rooted in Buddhist wisdom and safely informed by movement science and biomechanics.
I love helping people find their own path to better self-understanding through body and movement awareness, nourishing a positive relationship between body and mind.
My yoga classes are accessible to everyone—no need for a special body or fancy leggings. I invite my students to tune into their own rhythm, finding pleasure in the practice itself.
