1:1 Yoga and Meditation

With regular practice, you’ll find relief from pain, build strength and mobility, and learn to engage deeply with your body and breath. This approach supports both mental and joint health, and is suitable for any body, at any stage in life.
Each session concludes with deep relaxation and/or seated meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of our practice. My clients often say these sessions go beyond yoga, offering a therapeutic approach that awakens new muscles and brings a deeper sense of body awareness.
