Whether you come to unwind at night or begin your day with focus, these classes create a gentle rhythm of care for body and mind.
  • Restorative Flow

    Monday 20:30–21:30 (60 min)

    Focus:
    Unwind at the end of the day with gentle, mindful movements leading into deeply supported poses and guided relaxation. This class helps your body release tension and invites your nervous system to settle into rest.

    Class Atmosphere:
    • Quiet, welcoming space to slow down
    • Small groups up to 8 people max
    • No previous experience needed—come as you are
    What to Bring:
    All props, including mats, blankets, and bolsters, are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort.
  • Self-Care Morning Yoga & Meditation

    Tuesday 8:00 - 8:45 (45 min)

    Focus:
    Begin your day with mindful movement, gentle stretching, and light strengthening, followed by a guided meditation. This nourishing class supports both body and mind, offering a soft and steady start to your morning.
