No experience or fancy yoga clothes needed. No need to travel to the studio. All you need is a cozy spot and a little time for YOU. This class is rooted in my own regular yoga practice, where I’ve found balance and relaxation—now, I’d love to share this experience with you.
This class is inclusive and welcoming for everyone. Feel free to join solo and enjoy some time for yourself. Or bring your baby or make this a family time.
Class Details:- The Zoom yoga classes take place on Tuesday mornings or Sunday evenings (Berlin time), twice a month.
- After registration, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join the class.
